Which plan do I need?
Your plan is automatically matched to your provider type when you sign up. Solo is for individual walkers/sitters/trainers; Pro for groomers, hotels, and apartments; Business for vet practices, daycares, and boarding.
What happens after the free trial?
After 30 days you'll be billed at your plan's rate. You can cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time through the billing portal. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is it really free for rescues?
Yes, completely free for verified nonprofit rescue organizations and shelters. Select "Rescue Organization / Shelter" during setup and you'll never see a payment screen. We reserve the right to verify nonprofit status — you'll be asked for your official organization name during setup.
